The terms on which this website is offered. A sale is governed by your invoice and our written promises; these terms cover the site.

By using classicjewels.ae you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They cover the website only: the terms of a purchase are those on your invoice and in our written promises.
Who we are
The site is published by Classic Jewels & Diamonds, registration number 1921575, the jewellery division of the Classic Group of Companies. Registered office: Shop No. 6, Multistorey Car Park Building (Mariyam Plaza), Gold Souq Extension, behind RAK Bank, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates .
Information, not an offer
The site describes jewellery, coins and bars that we sell in our branches. A listing is information, not an offer for sale. A piece may be sold, moved to another branch or withdrawn without notice, and stock varies by branch. The sale happens at the counter, on the invoice, after the piece has been weighed in front of you.
We take care over what is published, but we do not promise that every description, weight or availability line is complete or current at the moment you read it. See the disclaimer.
Prices and the gold rate
The website shows no prices. Jewellery is priced per piece at the counter: the day’s rate for its karat multiplied by its gold weight, plus the making charge for the work, plus 5% VAT, all itemised on the invoice.
The rate shown on this site is the latest rate posted on our board, in AED per gram, and it may change during the day. The rate on the board at the time of sale is the one that applies.
Offers run until the end date shown on each offer page, and their conditions are stated there. An expired offer is not published and cannot be claimed.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logos, collection names and wordmarks on this site belong to Classic Jewels & Diamonds or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Do not copy, publish or use them commercially without written permission.
Product images and weights
Photographs show the piece, or a representative piece of the same design. They may differ from the piece in front of you in scale, colour rendering and finish, and screens render gold differently. Weights on the site are gross weights unless marked otherwise, and the weight that counts is the one read off the scale at the counter.
Returns and exchange
Unworn pieces in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase with the invoice, and the certificate where one was issued. Customised, engraved and resized pieces are exchange-only. Returns are taken at the branch that sold the piece.
This is our own commitment. It does not limit your rights for defective goods under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
A piece bought from us can also be exchanged for a different design, credited at its gold value; making charges and VAT apply to the new piece. The full conditions, including what each promise does not cover, are on our promise page.

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, social networks and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute about the website goes to the courts of Dubai. Nothing here removes the protection that UAE consumer-protection law gives you.
