General information
The content of classicjewels.ae is general information about our jewellery, our branches and the gold trade in the UAE. It is not investment, tax or legal advice. A decision to buy gold as an investment is your own; if you need advice, ask a licensed adviser.
The gold rate shown
The rate on this site is the latest rate posted on our board, in AED per gram by karat, excluding making charges and 5% VAT. It is indicative. The published Dubai rate can change more than once in a trading day, so the board in the shop may be ahead of the site. The price you pay is worked out at the counter, from the rate on the board at the time of sale, the weight on the scale and the making charge quoted for the piece.
Each rate carries the date it was posted. When the figure is more than two days old, the site marks it as last posted on that date rather than as today’s rate.
Limitation of liability
We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will be available without interruption. To the extent UAE law allows, Classic Jewels & Diamonds is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site, including on the gold rate shown, or from the site being unavailable.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, and nothing here limits your rights for defective goods under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Availability of pieces
The pieces shown on this site are sold in our branches and may be sold, moved between branches or withdrawn at any time. Showing a piece does not promise that it is in a particular branch on a particular day. If you are travelling for a specific piece, message us first and we will tell you where it is.
