Made to order
Custom gold jewellery, made to order
Bring a sketch, a photo or an heirloom to remake; we design and make it in 22K or 18K.
How it works
Four steps, each agreed before the next
-
Bring a sketch, a photo or an heirloom
To a branch, or on WhatsApp. An old piece to remake is tested and weighed in front of you.
-
Design, weight and making charge agreed in writing
With the karat and the timeline, before any work begins.
-
Cast only when you approve the design
Nothing is made until you have seen the design and said yes.

Made in 22K or 18K
Hallmarked, weighed in front of you and invoiced with the weight, karat and rate.

Questions about custom orders
How long does a custom piece take?
We agree the timeline in writing with the quote, because it depends on the design and any stones. For a wedding set, our advice is to start about three months before the date.
Can you remake my old jewellery?
Yes. The old piece is tested and weighed in front of you, and its gold value goes towards the new piece. Stones can be reused if they are sound.
Do I see the design before it is made?
Yes. You approve the design before any gold is cast; ask whether yours will be shown as a sketch, a render or a model.
How is a custom piece priced?
Gold weight at the rate on the day the design is confirmed, plus the making charge for the work involved, plus stones if any. We quote it in writing before starting.
