Work out yoursBefore you decide
Can I see it before I decide?
Yes. Message the reference on WhatsApp and we will confirm which branch has the piece and hold it for your visit if you ask. Viewing costs nothing and carries no obligation: we weigh it in front of you and quote the gold value, the making charge and VAT as three separate lines.
Does the price include VAT?
A quote is given as gold value, making charge and 5% VAT, each on its own line, so the total you are quoted is the total you pay. Jewellery, including 22K coins, carries 5% VAT; only 24K bars and coins of 99% purity or more are zero-rated. Visitors may be able to reclaim VAT through the UAE tourist refund scheme; ask in store whether your purchase qualifies.
